• Discord interaction payloads required to respond to slash commands and button presses.
• Discord user IDs needed to record attendance state for a message.
• Discord message metadata required to restore and update attendance embeds.

2. Purpose of Processing

Data is processed only to create attendance messages, store attendance selections, and update the related Discord message state.

3. Storage

Attendance state is stored in Cloudflare Durable Objects for operational purposes. Data may be removed when no longer needed for service operation.

4. Sharing

No personal data is sold. Data is only processed through infrastructure required to operate the bot, such as Discord and Cloudflare.

5. Your Choices

If you no longer want your data processed through the bot, stop using the bot and remove it from relevant servers or user installs.
